Mission

Our mission is to provide support services to people within our community. Services are currently targeted towards;

The Aged, People with Disabilities, Children, Persons with an Acquired Brain Injury, Young people, the Mentally Ill, and those needing Palliative Care.

Coverage area

Australian Care Providers Pty Ltd currently service from Tweed Heads to Grafton, and west to Tenterfield.

Staff Strengths

We currently have over 80 qualified and experienced staff to meet the needs of the range of target groups throughout the region. Majority of our staff hold one or more of the following qualifications;

• Registered Nurses , Enrolled Nurses

• Care Support Services (Aged Care Work) Certificate III

• Assistant in Nursing

• Personal Carer Assistant 

• Residential Aged Care - Certificate III

• Home & Community Care - Certificate III

• Disability Work - Certificate III, Disability Work - Certificate IV

• Youth Work - Certificate III, Youth Work - Certificate IV

• Community Welfare - Certificates

• Auslan Sign - Certificates II & III

Our Reassurance

All our staff are appropriately qualified and/or have demonstrated experience in their respective fields of work. They have all undertaken a 'Federal Police Check' and 'Working with Children Check', and hold a current First Aid Certificate.

Australian Care Providers Pty Ltd conduct a Basic Needs & Risk Assessment for each client we provide services to. This is to ensure that the best care is provided in the safest environment for support staff, client and their families.
